The Vital Perspectives on Healthcare and Science series engages with some of the most pressing public health issues of our time, in a regular public forum catalyzed by a book. For the September event, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Panagis Galiatsatos, associate professor of Medicine and Oncology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and co-founder of Medicine for the Greater Good, an initiative aimed at promoting health and wellness beyond the hospital walls. His new book, also called Medicine for the Greater Good, offers a compelling vision of health care that extends beyond the exam room. Dr. Jeremy Greene will join Dr. G in conversation. This event is open to the public, and we encourage you to come even if it’s your first time joining for this event series!
