Hands on Holiday: Lantern Walk with the Waldorf School of Baltimore

Details can change. Please confirm the date, time, location, and ticketing directly with the organizer before attending.

About this event

Join the Waldorf School of Baltimore on the covered patio for a festive and fun seasonal celebration! This program is best for children up to age 7 and will include songs, story time and a special holiday craft lead by one of Waldorf’s early childhood teachers. A Lantern Walk is a favorite fall tradition in Waldorf Schools. It is designed to help children to celebrate their inner light within as we head into the shorter days and longer nights of winter. Families are welcome to sit on a blanket brought from home, or enjoy one of the picnic tables on Ivy’s expansive wooded grounds to create their craft following our story and songs. Your registration provides a warm drink and everything needed to create your own lantern.
